• Final Notification of Review Result: August 31, 2026

• Registration Deadline for Presenters: September 30, 2026 (Note: Final presenters must register for the conference before this date to be included in the official program).

Discounts & Waivers: Q: Does the conference offer registration fee waivers or discounts for students, presenters, or co-hosting institutions?

A: No. To maintain strict financial equity, academic integrity, and fairness to all international attendees, the Rozzano Locsin Institute (RLI) enforces a uniform registration policy. No registration fee waivers, subsidies, or discounts are granted under any circumstances for oral/poster presenters, students, or institutional delegates. All participants are required to pay the standard registration fee to complete their registration.

A: Yes, a registration fee is required for each individual attending the conference in person. Please note that registration fees vary depending on the registration period. We encourage you to complete your registration early to take advantage of the discounted rates. We cannot refund registration fees for personal reasons other than the inability to obtain a visa to enter Japan.

Meals and Banquet: Q: Are meals included in the registration fee?

A: Yes, the registration fee includes lunch for both days (Day 1 & Day 2). However, a conference banquet will be held on the evening of Day 1. The banquet requires a separate fee of $50 USD.

Accommodation Near the Venue: Q: Are there hotels within walking distance of the venue?

A: There are no hotels located within walking distance of the conference venue. While some options are available a few train stations or a short taxi ride away, staying in Sannomiya—the main city center of Kobe—is highly recommended. Sannomiya from Kobe City College of Nursing is approximately 30 minutes away by train and offers a wide variety of hotels, dining, and sightseeing spots. Visa Support: Q: What should I do if I require a visa to enter Japan?

A: If you require a visa, please complete your conference registration first. Be sure to check the box indicating that you need visa support on the registration form.
